Refund Policy

We aim to provide fair and transparent policies for all participants.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our community programmes and limited spaces, all bookings are subject to the following refund terms.

2. Cancellation by Participant

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations made within 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund
• No-shows are non-refundable

3. Rescheduling

Participants may request to reschedule a session with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

4. Cancellation by Us

If a programme is cancelled by us:

• You will receive a full refund, or
• The option to reschedule

5. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refund requests outside standard terms in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
